One of those should make it apparent what added about 800 calories onto what would have otherwise been an OK day.
I don't believe I've mentioned that my boy has designated Sun as "Pizza Day" - so the odds are that will be on our dinner menu today (it's also his BD so by God, he gets to pick the dinner venue when we pick him up from his dad this evening; I just need to plan accordingly)
