My Fitness Pal says: 1,480 calories total today
Allan said, "Don't take pictures and then say 'I only ate half of it.'" Well, I really did only eat half yesterday (see yesterday's post) and I'm eating the other half now. After the usual coffee, of course.
I hope this suitably adheres to Allan's restriction on claims-of-only-half photos. I blanked out the uneaten half on each day to keep the pictorial representation accurate.
Bad, bad... yes, that's my middle name.
Then... some green beans and 1/2 ounce of peanuts (the photo is 1 oz., so use your imagination.) Can you believe it? That's all I've eaten today. Must be a new record.

ReplyDeleteThat's happened to me before, took a picture and then only ate half or part of it. I need to plan better. It would help if I started counting calories and kept to an eating plan for the day.
