Me at the start. Chose the outfit that leaves no secrets untold. (Which I won't wear publicly, but I hope to wear after May 31.)
Update as of November:
Before pics are on left, taken at the start of this blog (what was it, May 1?) After pics are on the right, and were taken around early November, but I had reached goal by early September and just didn't get around to taking pics till then.
In case anyone wonders if I'm wearing some weird undergarment - absolutely not - (see how in the first pic the shirt is so tight you can see my ole belly button.) I see in the last pics that my bra band must be tight and creates back flab - nice, huh? (NOT.) And my waist is just... well, that's the way it is. Good thing I don't wear shirts that tight - or at least I didn't previously. I'm glad I lost 10 lbs. but I don't recommend the method - which was, to be honest, not effort but 100% stress. Oh well, no matter the method, better work on keeping it off now.
What?! What?! You're perfect!
ReplyDeleteThanks; you're very kind. I realize I don't have as much to work on as others (maybe just single-digit number of pounds) but I appreciate the chance to participate, anyway.
DeleteWe all have various challenges even if they're not exactly the same ones. I have challenges I won't even name, that I am continually vexed by and sometimes get discouraged about. I keep hope and keep trying to make progress, anyway, though.
Heya, I agree with Chubby (who, by the way, isn't chubby anymore!) you look great! Have you thought about an Instagram account for the picture-taking? So far it's working great for me because I can jot everything down right on the picture.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Laura. I think I like the pics right in the post so people don't have to take another step to look at them. Also, I can post them and forget about them (even delete them from my computer, because they're published here.)
