Better catch up

Exercise in humility?  Oh well, here are the calories for yesterday according to my Pal of Fitness: 1,892.

Tonight's total will be recorded tonight.  OK, here it is: 1,948.

    Obviously I need the structure of outside support, so I'm all in for Allan's new Fat Dog Challenge... Let's see, I think I'll be...a Labrador!
