See the "pics" tab at the top for before and afters. Photos were taken a few weeks ago, but I made my goal around early September and have held steady. What a difference ten pounds makes. I was around 152 or so to start and ended up at 142.
I hope everyone else who participated in Allan's challenge is doing well. I got sidetracked by stuff that took me away from the blogging world, but I wanted to close this blog the right way - with results and picture proof of those results. Happy blogging, everyone.

Will be back
Major life disruption. Lost a few more pounds; stress-related only (the job now is to eat, not to NOT eat.) It's that bad. Things may possibly be OK, but that remains to be seen. Will be back, I hope and expect, in future months.
